Our Company Leadership
Peter J. Basch
Peter is a seasoned construction professional with over forty years of experience in structural restoration, historic restoration, remodeling, and new construction, in both residential and commercial structures. Peter began his restoration work on historic buildings in 1975 in Philadelphia and then moved to Florida in 1980. Peter also has extensive experience in all phases of land development and new construction, having built thousands of residences and commercial units. His hands-on approach to business has earned him an excellent reputation with diverse clients and exemplary projects. His work has earned him many awards, and he has been named as one of the “Top Ten Builders” in Palm Beach County in the 1990′s. Peter is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and holds a license for electrical contracting as well.
Salvatore Dambrosca
Salvatore has more than 40 years of experience in single-family, multi-family, commercial construction and construction management project settings. He also has extensive experience in all phases of development including preconstruction services, design planning and review, construction management, permitting, budgets, schedules, contractor bids, safety compliance and inspections. Salvatore possesses an all-encompassing, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the construction industry with in-depth experience in land planning, building and zoning, government and client relations and subcontractor management. He’s highly effective in making sure PM Development Corp meets all company objectives and goals.
